Lead generation & research
Daily monitoring of freelance platforms, job boards, Telegram channels and other sources with IT projects. Identifying relevant leads and analysing their initial needs.
First contact with clients
Reaching out to potential customers, sending first messages, scheduling intro calls, running basic discovery and presenting our company’s capabilities.
Support in proposal preparation
Collecting initial project inputs, passing them to the tech team, participating in project evaluation together with developers and PMs, helping to prepare commercial offers and cooperation terms.
Working with team profiles & portfolio
Reviewing and updating developers’ CVs, creating “sales-ready” profiles highlighting key strengths and expertise. Collecting information about recent projects, structuring case studies and keeping our portfolio up to date on different platforms.
Data tracking & structure
Maintaining simple CRM/tables with leads, statuses, next steps and communication history. Providing brief reports on pipeline progress and results.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in selling IT services or other complex products.
Basic understanding of IT (web & mobile development, integrations, databases) — enough to understand client requests and ask the right questions.
Proven skills in active client search and B2B communication (messages + calls).
Strong communication skills and excellent written and spoken.
Ability to work with a significant amount of information and structure it clearly.
Responsibility, proactivity and a strong result-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
Background in an IT outsourcing/outstaffing or product company.
English at B1+ level for reading briefs and basic communication.
