We focus exclusively on B2B tech, working across Inbound, Demand Generation, ABM, and MarTech & GenAI.
We are looking for a Head of RevOps & MarTech to build and lead scalable GTM, RevOps, and MarTech systems across multiple B2B clients, managing architecture, data flows, AI-driven outbound, ABM operations, and a growing RevOps team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own MarTech & CRM architecture across B2B clients (HubSpot core; Salesforce / ActiveCampaign optional).
- Lead CRM/MAP migrations, integrations, data hygiene, lifecycle setup, scoring models.
- Build AI-powered outbound engines (Clay, Apollo, Instantly) and signal-based workflows.
- Maintain and operationalize TALs, intent data (Bombora), and prioritization frameworks.
- Manage ABM operations: audiences, triggers, journeys, omnichannel campaigns.
- Build GTM dashboards and reporting cadences for internal teams and clients.
- Lead and develop the RevOps & MarTech team (processes, QA, coaching, capacity planning).
- Collaborate with WebDev/automation partners and optimize internal operational workflows.
Must-Have Requirements
- 6–7+ years in MarTech, RevOps, Growth Ops, or Marketing Automation.
- Proven experience with B2B SaaS / enterprise tech companies.
- Strong expertise with HubSpot + experience with Salesforce or ActiveCampaign.
- Hands-on experience with outbound, ABM operations, TAL frameworks, scoring models.
- Strong systems/architecture thinking, analytical mindset, and ability to translate GTM goals into workflows.
- Experience managing a team or leading cross-functional projects.
Nice-to-Have
- Certifications: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, or similar.
- Experience with AI/LLM-driven automation.
- Background in data, engineering, or related fields.
